Meadow Path Healing Arts & Yoga Center is a nonprofit wellness destination located in Adams Center, New York, dedicated to fostering the well-being of mind, body, and spirit throughout the North Country. Rooted in a mission of healing, reflection, and mindful living, Meadow Path provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals of all backgrounds can pause, breathe, and reconnect. As a community-based healing arts and yoga center, Meadow Path offers a diverse range of programs designed to support physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Weekly Yoga Classes
All levels welcome. Mats and props are available, if needed. Registration required.
- Mondays from 5:30-6:30 pm. Beginner Yoga with Betsy 6 week series - If you have been curious about trying a yoga class but feel intimidated or unsure, this class is for you. We will practice easy postures and breathing techniques to ease you into a rewarding experience without awkwardness or stress.
- Fridays from 9-10 am. Restorative Yoga with Betsy- Suitable for any student of any ability. Gentle supported floor postures combined with meditative breath work and swing chimes.

Wednesdays at 4:30 pm – 5:15 pm: Yoga for EveryBODY: Relax, Restore, and Renew with Jeri - an all-levels practice that uses props, gentle movements, and sustained, comfortable poses to relieve stress, promote relaxation, and reset the nervous system.

Wednesdays at 6:15-7:30 PM – Flow and Restore Yoga with Carla - Ideal for all levels, it reduces stress and increases flexibility by transitioning from active movement to deep, long-held relaxation.
- Thursdays at 4:30-5:45 PM – Yoga Tone & Sculpt with Carla. - Combines dynamic, breath-synchronized movement with mindful intention to build physical power, flexibility, and inner calm. Light weights
- Starting Tuesday, May 12th at 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm: 12-week Chair Yoga classes with Jean - A gentle, accessible form of exercise that adapts traditional yoga poses to be performed while seated or using a chair for support, making it ideal for seniors, beginners, or those with limited mobility.
