The Watertown Rapids are Northern New York's premier collegiate summer baseball team, providing family-friendly entertainment and high-level competition at historic Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds in Watertown, New York. Founded in 2018, the Rapids compete in the New York Collegiate Baseball League (NYCBL), one of the nation's top collegiate wood-bat summer leagues, featuring talented student-athletes from colleges and universities across the country. Each summer, the Rapids bring together rising baseball talent, dedicated coaches, and passionate fans for an exciting season of affordable hometown entertainment. Beyond the action on the field, the organization is committed to creating a fun, community-focused experience through themed game nights, charitable initiatives, youth engagement programs, and partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
