 Strut Boutique is a Women's clothing boutique located at 308 State Street in downtown Watertown,NY. We offer the latest fashion, shoes , jewelry and handbags! Strut Boutique opened in November 2016. Strut is owned by Carthage native Ashley Scanlin who moved back to the area from Apex, NC after living there for the past 20 years. She owned an on-line clothing Boutique called Bella Boutique for 3 years. Ashley is married to Bryant Pignone, and they have a son named Halen Hendrix.
